Refund policy.

All sales are final. PFT does not offer refunds. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that every payment — including the first payment and every recurring renewal — is non-refundable, in whole or in part.

PFT is a digital membership that grants immediate access to proprietary educational content, the member portal, live trade commentary, and the community. Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind, or deciding the membership is not for you.
  • Lack of time to use the membership, or limited usage.
  • Dissatisfaction with trade ideas, results, or content.
  • Trading or wagering losses of any kind.
  • Cancelling part-way through a billing period.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.

Cancellation (how to stop future billing)

Membership is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account in a couple of clicks — no email, no retention call. Cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period or any prior payment. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; access then ends and you are not charged again.

Chargebacks

Because this policy is stated clearly before purchase, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of cancelling is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest disputes with this policy and your acceptance of it as evidence, and to immediately and permanently terminate access for any account that files one.

The only exceptions

The sole exceptions are (a) a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge caused by a billing error on our side, and (b) any refund right that is required and cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer law of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy removes a legal right you have that cannot be contracted away. For a billing-error correction, contact support@pftdesk.com.

By subscribing to or using PFT (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract and to participate in any market or wagering activity you choose to undertake. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

What membership includes

Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the portal, educational curriculum, live commentary, and community for as long as your subscription is active. Access is for one individual. Sharing credentials, redistributing, recording, scraping, or republishing any PFT content is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Not financial advice

PFT is an educational community. Nothing provided is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or wagering advice. PFT and its operators are not registered investment advisors or broker-dealers. You make your own decisions and bear your own results. See the risk disclaimer below.

Acceptable use

Be civil. No harassment, no spam, no solicitation of other members, no illegal activity, no attempts to deanonymize operators or other members. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without refund.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, add, or discontinue features, content, or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFT and its operators are not liable for any trading, investment, or wagering losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel.

Risk disclaimer.

All content — trade ideas, market commentary, sports and prediction-market analysis, and educational material — is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or wagering advice.

Trading securities, futures, and options carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose more than your initial investment in leveraged products. Sports and prediction-market activity is speculative, restricted to participants of legal age within their own jurisdiction, and should be approached responsibly; only risk what you can afford to lose.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any performance figures, examples, or case studies are illustrative, may be hypothetical, and should not be relied upon as a promise or projection of results. Individual results vary; most people who attempt active trading do not achieve consistent profits. PFT does not guarantee any outcome, income, or profit.

PFT and its operators are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or sports-tout services. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and are strongly encouraged to consult qualified, licensed professionals before acting on any information presented.

Privacy policy.

We collect the minimum needed to operate the Service.

What we collect

  • Account identity from Whop when you sign in (your Whop user ID, display name, and membership status) — used to grant and verify access.
  • Content you create in the portal (journal entries, settings, progress), stored to provide the product and sync it across your devices.
  • Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to improve the Service.

Payment data

Payments and billing are handled by Whop. We never see or store your full card details. Whop's own terms and privacy policy govern the payment relationship.

How we use it

To deliver, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors required to run the Service (payment, hosting, analytics) and where required by law.

Your choices

You may cancel at any time via Whop. To request access to or deletion of the data we hold about you, contact support@pftdesk.com. Some records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
