PFT Trading School

Five phases. One operator at the end.

The PFT curriculum is built to graduate you, not subscribe you forever. Every phase is structured, recorded, and reinforced with live teaching and real-time trade reviews.

01
Phase 01 · Foundations

Read the market like an operator.

Most retail traders never learn what's actually moving prices. Phase 1 fixes that. By the end you'll read a chart the way the people on the other side of your trade do.

Modules

1.1
Market structure
Higher highs, higher lows, supply & demand zones. The grammar of price.
1.2
Order flow basics
Who's buying and selling, and why volume tells you more than price ever will.
1.3
Time frames & context
How daily, hourly, and 5-minute charts talk to each other — and why ignoring HTF kills you.
1.4
Liquidity & the trap
Where stops cluster, why they get hunted, and how to stop being on the wrong side of the sweep.
1.5
Levels that matter
Key levels that move price, drawn the way the institutions draw them — not retail.
By the end of Phase 1
You'll read a chart with a thesis, not a hope.
  • Identify market structure across any time frame
  • Spot supply & demand zones in seconds
  • Understand why most retail entries fail before they fire
  • Build a daily chart-reading routine that takes 15 minutes
02
Phase 02 · Risk & Psychology

Where most traders actually die.

Setup quality is overrated. Sizing and discipline are underrated. Phase 2 builds the mental architecture that keeps your account alive long enough to compound.

Modules

2.1
Position sizing math
The exact formulas. Risk per trade, risk per day, and the math behind not blowing up.
2.2
Stops that hold
Where to actually place stops based on structure, volatility, and account size — not feel.
2.3
The seven deadly tilts
FOMO, revenge, overtrading, paralysis. We name them, we trace them, we kill them.
2.4
Trade journaling that works
The PFT journal template. What to track, what to ignore, how to actually use it on Sunday review.
2.5
Daily process
Pre-market routine, post-close debrief, weekly retrospective. The boring stuff that actually compounds.
By the end of Phase 2
A drawdown is a math problem, not an identity crisis.
  • Size every trade to a defined risk percentage
  • Recognize the tilt patterns that cost you the most
  • Run a journaling system that finds your real edge
  • Survive the bad week that ends most traders
03
Phase 03 · The Setups

Six setups. Every market.

This is the meat. Six core setups we use across equities and futures — every condition, entry, exit, and invalidation documented. Day trades, swings, and LEAPS variants for each.

SETUP 01

The opening drive

First-hour momentum off the open with volume confirmation. Highest hit-rate intraday play we run.

SETUP 02

Failed breakdown reversal

When supply gives out and price reclaims a key level. Big risk-reward when the trap fires.

SETUP 03

Continuation pullback

Trend with us, pullback to structure, entry on confirmation. The bread and butter for swing-style equity plays.

SETUP 04

Macro range break

Multi-day futures setups on GC and CL. Range identification, catalyst confirmation, swing-sized risk.

SETUP 05

Earnings drift

Post-earnings momentum continuation, sized small, for both day and swing windows. LEAPS variant included.

SETUP 06

LEAPS thesis

6-12 month options positions on conviction names. Entry timing, theta management, exit ladders.

04
Phase 04 · Sports as Markets

Treat the book like an exchange.

Most "sports tout" services are dead-on-arrival because they don't understand markets. Phase 4 teaches sports the way a trader thinks — closing line value, edge math, and bankroll discipline.

Modules

4.1
Reading lines like prices
Why a -3.5 line moving to -4 is the same information as a stock tape moving up.
4.2
Closing line value (CLV)
The single most important metric in sports. How to track it, why it predicts long-term results.
4.3
Bankroll & unit sizing
Kelly variants, flat staking, drawdown survival. Same framework as trading position size.
4.4
Props vs. spreads vs. totals
Where edge actually exists. Why props are mispriced and where spreads still have leak.
4.5
Line shopping & book selection
Why one book at +110 vs another at +105 changes your annual ROI by entire percentage points.
By the end of Phase 4
Sports stops being gambling and starts being a market.
  • Track every wager against closing line value
  • Size bets to a unit framework that survives variance
  • Identify which prop categories are systematically mispriced
  • Build a sports portfolio that looks like a trader's, not a fan's
05
Phase 05 · Scaling

Compound the operator.

Phase 5 is the ongoing work. How to grow capital responsibly, run prop firm evals, manage size as conviction grows, and build a process that prints across years — not weeks.

Modules

5.1
Capital scaling rules
When to add risk, when to cut it, how to size up without blowing up.
5.2
Prop firm playbook
FTMO, Apex, Topstep — how to clear evals using PFT setups. Members run live evals weekly.
5.3
Multi-account management
Personal account, prop, sports bankroll — running them in parallel without crossing the wires.
5.4
Tax & structure (US)
Trader status, mark-to-market, common LLC structures. Educational only — talk to a CPA before acting.
5.5
Building the portfolio
How to allocate across day trades, swings, LEAPS, futures, and sports for a balanced PnL curve.
By the end of Phase 5
You're operating, not subscribing.
  • Run a multi-account, multi-market portfolio
  • Clear prop firm evals with PFT setups
  • Scale capital deliberately, not impulsively
  • Have a process that compounds across years
